At Date

The 'At Date' filter is used to define the reporting period for the first two report sections to summarise or compare the monthly totals of matters exchanged and settled for a year leading up to the specified 'At Date'.

Report Sections:

Monthly Settlement Totals	Displays the number of matters settled or to be settled within: Last Month Current Month Next Month
Column Chart	Provides a visual representation and comparison of the total number of matters exchanged and settled for each relevant month. NOTE: If the Exchange Date/Settlement Date of a matter falls within a specific month, it increments the count by one for the Exchanged Matters/Settled Matters. Therefore, if a matter is both exchanged and settled within the same month, it generates one count each for both Exchanged and Settled Matters for that month.
Total Exchange and/or Total Settled	Lists the specific number of exchanged or settled matters for each relevant month.
NOTE: These two sections provides a comparison or summary of the monthly total number of matters exchanged and settled for a year leading up to the specified 'At Date'. For example, if the 'At Date' is 2 March 2024, the report will include any Exchange Date and Settlement Date occurring within the 12 months leading up to February, as well as those falling within the first two days of March.
