Go to the Reports page: Navigate to LEAP > Menu > Accounting > Reports.

Open the Account Menu: Click on the user icon (your initials) in the top-right corner.

Select Subscriptions: Choose Subscriptions from the menu to open the Subscriptions page.

Manage Existing Subscriptions

Once you are on the Subscriptions page, you can manage existing subscriptions by:

View a list of active subscriptions.
Edit or delete an existing subscription.
Filter subscriptions by a specific staff member.
Remove a staff member from all subscriptions at once.

The detailed instructions are as follows:

View	The Subscriptions page allows you to manage their report subscriptions. It displays a list of active subscriptions, including key details such as: Report Name – The title of the subscribed report. Subscribers – The staff member(s) who will receive the report. Frequency – How often the report is generated (e.g., weekly, monthly or yearly). Format – The file format of the report (e.g., PDF, Excel).
Edit/Delete	There is an action menu (three-dot icon) for each subscription. Clicking this menu provides two options: Edit Subscription – Modify the report subscription settings, including frequency, filters and subscribers. Delete Subscription – Remove the subscription from the list.
Filter	The Staff dropdown at the top left allows you to filter subscriptions by a specific staff member, making it easier to locate and manage their existing subscriptions. If the list is long, a search box will appear at the top of the dropdown to help you quickly find the staff member.
Remove	When viewing the search results for a specific staff member (i.e. selected from the Staff dropdown), the Remove from all button allows you to unsubscribe the staff member from all their report subscriptions in a single action. A confirmation prompt will appear before the removal is completed.
