Save to Matter Button Missing from Outlook Ribbon

How To

If you appear to be missing the Save to Matter button from Outlook (Classic), please see below for information on resolving the issue:

Close Microsoft Outlook, then open LEAP and go into any matter and click New Email.
This should launch a new email window with a dialog box for the matter contacts.
Ensure that you have expanded your Outlook ribbon to display all icons and are using the Classic Ribbon option rather than the Simplified Ribbon. You will find this at the top right-hand side of your Outlook window.
Verify that the LEAP Add-in is enabled in Outlook :
- Open Outlook.
- Go to File > Options > Add-ins.
- At the bottom of the window, select COM Add-ins from the drop-down menu, then click Go.
- Ensure the LEAP Office Add-in is checked.
- If it's unchecked, tick the box to enable it, then restart Outlook.
While in the COM Add-ins window, disable third-party Outlook add-ins, including Adobe add-ins. This is required in order to prevent interference with LEAP and restore access to the Save to Matter button.
If the Save to Matter button is still missing from Outlook (Classic), you will need to perform an Automation Repair. This will allow you to save emails from Outlook to a LEAP matter.
