How To

Location: LEAP Menu > Reports > Management > Completions - Chart

Purpose: Provides a summary of the monthly total number of matters completed for a year leading up to the specified 'At Date'. The report assists in identifying trends in Real Estate matters completions.

Report Trigger:

The report exclusively focuses on Real Estate matters, tallying the monthly number of completed matters based on their respective 'File closed date' set under the 'Calendar & Tasks' tab.
It only includes months in which at least one matter's 'File closed date' falls.

Important Notes:

The 'At Date' filter is employed to set the reporting period. The report displays data reflecting the current state of 'File closed date' for relevant matters. Therefore, any changes made to the 'File closed date' after the specified 'At Date' can affect the results of the report.
The report includes both confirmed and unconfirmed dates. A confirmed date is a date with a checked checkbox next to it under the 'Calendar & Tasks' tab.

Report Filters:

At Date

The 'At Date' filter sets the reporting period to include the 12 months preceding the month indicated by the 'At Date', along with any partial month leading up to the 'At Date'.

Example: If the 'At Date' is 2 March 2024, the report will include any Completions occurring within the 12 months leading up to February, as well as those falling within the first two days of March.

Report Outcome:

Column Chart	Provides a visual representation of the total number of matters completed for each relevant month.
Table	Lists the specific number of completed matters for each relevant month.
