Emails Disappear from Outlook after Saving to LEAP

How To

If an email disappears from Outlook after you have saved it to LEAP, please see below for steps to resolve the issue:

In Outlook, choose an email that you have not yet saved to LEAP and click on it.
Once the email is selected, go to the top ribbon where you would save the email to LEAP.
Click on the diagonal arrow at the bottom right of the "Save to Matter" button. This will pop up the LEAP Automation Options for Microsoft Outlook window.
Under the "Email" heading, uncheck "Move Assigned Email(s)" and click OK.
Restart Outlook to ensure that the setting change takes effect.
Your "missing" emails should be in one of two sub-folders to your Inbox or your Sent Items--Inbound LEAP Matter Based Emails or Outbound LEAP Matter Based Emails. You can move the emails back to the desired location.
