Open one of the matters where incorrect emails are being assigned.

Verify that the LEAP Email Reference is for that actual matter by comparing it with the LEAP Email Reference of a correctly assigned email.

For example if the emails are for the same matter, the LEAP Email Reference should be identical.

If the emails are for two different matters, the LEAP Email Reference should differ as shown below:

LEAP Email Reference |F:8ec10000-0007-7c7f|M:a7f0429c-7777|O:da99cdd3-7696| (Please do not delete)
LEAP Email Reference |F:8ec10000-0007-7c7f|M:mc32b6e2-1111|O:7q44d9a5-c7c2| (Please do not delete)

Check your email signature in your Outlook profile. File > Options > Mail > Signatures.
Observe whether the email signature includes the Auto Routing LEAP Email reference stamp for the matter receiving all the incorrectly assigned emails.
If the email signature contains the Auto Routing stamp, remove it to prevent automatic mis-tagging.
Ensure that when sending emails from a matter, the correct matter stamp is applied only to relevant emails.
Ask your colleagues to check their Outlook email signatures do not include a LEAP Email Reference.
