How To

Location: LEAP Menu > Accounting > Reports > Trust > Separate Interest-Bearing Accounts > Separate Interest-Bearing Accounts Statement

Purpose: Provides a central hub for downloading statements of active Separate Interest-Bearing Accounts within a specified period across all matters. Statements can be generated based on either Transaction Date or Entry Date, as per user selection. The report serves as an official financial summary of the account and a formal record of transactions.

The report includes only active Separate Interest-Bearing Accounts and excludes closed ones.

Filters:

Date Range

Includes transactions within the specified period based on the selected "Run By" option:

Transaction Date: Captures transactions with a Transaction Date within the specified Date Range.
Entry Date: Captures transactions with an Entry Date within the specified Date Range.

Both dates are determined based on the transaction window.

Run By

Captures transactions and calculates balances based on one of the following dates:

Transaction Date.
Entry Date.

Report Fields:

Date	The date of the transaction. NOTE: When the Transaction Date and Entry Date differs, the report will show both. The entry date will be marked with a * to distinguish from the Transaction Date.
Reference	The transaction reference number.
Paid to/Received from & Reason	Displays the Payee or Payor of the transaction, and the transaction reason.
Withdrawal	Bank Fees and Withdrawal transactions.
Deposit	Interest and Deposit transactions.
Balance	The Separate Interest-Bearing balance.
