Conveyancing Overview:

Matter Type	Displays different matter types on separate lines when grouped by 'Matter Type'. Displays no data when grouped by 'None' (no grouping).
% Fees Billed	Represents the percentage of Time/Fees entries billed for a specific matter type relative to the total number of Time/Fees entries billed across all matter types. Note: This calculation is based on the number of Time/Fees entries billed within the specified period, not their monetary amounts.
Matters Opened	The number of relevant matters opened during the selected period. This count is based on the 'Date Opened' entered on the Calendar & Tasks tab of a matter.
Highest Billed Fee	The highest amount invoiced for a single Time/Fee entry during the specified period, inclusive of taxes.
Average Billed Fee	The average amount billed per Time/Fee entry during the specified period, inclusive of taxes.
Note: Draft invoices are considered 'Billed' here. When computing '% Fees Billed', 'Highest Billed Fee' and 'Average Billed Fee', the report considers Time/Fee entries that were invoiced during the specified period (defined by the 'Start Date' and 'End Date'). As these fields primarily assess billing performance/trend, inclusion is determined by the invoice date (Draft or Final), rather than the transaction date of the Time/Fee entry. For example, in a scenario where the Start Date and End Date are set to 01/01/2024 and 31/01/2024, respectively: If a Time entry was recorded on and dated 15/01/2024 but invoiced on 01/02/2024, the Time entry would not be included in the calculation, despite being dated within the specified period. This is because the invoice date falls outside the specified period, even though the Time entry itself falls within it. The 'Highest Billed Fee' and 'Average Billed Fee' fields specifically refer to the original amount of a Time/Fee entry as it appears in the Time/Fee window. These metrics do not consider any alterations/adjustments to the billed amount on the invoice.
Highest Property Value	The highest value of the Price, based on the figure entered in 'Conveyancing Details' on the matter table.
Average Property Value	The average value of the Property Price, based on the figure entered in 'Conveyancing Details' on the matter table.
Highest Loan Amount	The highest value of the Net Advance, based on the figure entered in 'Lender Bank Details' on the matter table.
