General End Of Month Report

Location: LEAP Menu > Reports > Trust > Trust End of Month > General End Of Month.

Purpose: Generates the following General End of Month (EOM) reports:

  • Trust File Maintenance Audit Trail: Audit report detailing all Trust activity including a cash book summary for the specified period.
  • Separate Interest Bearing Accounts Listing of Accounts: List of all Separate Interest-Bearing Accounts List of Accounts with a balance.

Optional Setting:

  • Users have the option to include a 'Signed and reviewed by' person. 

Important Notes:

  • Last General EOM Date is set via LEAP Menu > Settings > Application Settings > Accounting > Reports.
  • For the Trust File Maintenance Audit Trail report, the page numbers increment with each run. To view the Last Page No., navigate to LEAP Menu > Settings > Application Settings > Accounting > Reports > Last Audit Report Page No.
  • For the Separate Interest-Bearing Accounts Listing of Accounts report, the version generated through the EOM process serves as the finalized version, whereas the report can also be generated at any time via Reports > Trust > Separate Interest-Bearing Accounts as an interim version.
Next Run Date Specifies the period for which the General End of Month (EOM) process is executed.
Month (Year)Displays the month and year corresponding to the generated reports.
Reports Provides a downloadable PDF version of the two reports.
Actions Indicates the available actions for the selected period.
