From the LEAP Matter List, click the LEAP Menu > Marketplace.

The LEAP Marketplace will open in a new window.

From the All Apps section, select Call Logging.

Click Enable.

This is a Firmwide App and will only need to be enabled once.

To log a call, click the New Call button on the main console.

This will open a Call Log Details Form.

Use the search facility to filter a list of existing cards or create a new card.

You can use the button to add a New Card.

Once a card has been selected/created, matching options will appear to allow allocation to an existing matter using the Matter No. drop-down.

Person assigned will default to the Person Acting on the matter.

Click Save & Close to create the call log. Click Cancel to abort creation and return to App console.

A notification will be sent to the user who is assigned to the call, once created.

Double click the call you wish to edit, and the Call Log Details will open allowing further information to be added or existing info to be amended.

A grid history is displayed on the Call Log Form to show where previous edits have been performed.

Click Save or Save & Close to save changes. Click Close to abort changes and return to App console.
