You may experience the error message "LEAP cannot add this document record to the list. Please log a support call online" while saving documents to LEAP or Printing to LEAP. Please see below for information on this error.

In order to resolve this error, you will need to install any available Windows updates and restart your device. If the issue continues, contact LEAP Client Support.
