I experienced this as well. It happened a few times, for a few files. I thought perhaps i accidentally hit the files to open them (though i was fairly sure i didn't). This confirms there is an issue. I, too, would like to know why this occurred, and to know that it is resolved. I have not had the problem for the last two or three days.
