How To

If your InfoTrack screen is not loading correctly:

Refresh the Page: Press the F5 key to reload the page. This might help if the window is stuck on loading or blank.
Add LEAP to your Antivirus Exceptions List
Carry out a LEAP Repair.
Connect to InfoTrack outside of LEAP by logging in to InfoTrack.
Logging into InfoTrack will confirm if your firm's network can access the domain.

If your InfoTrack screen freezes while requesting a search or service:

Carry out a LEAP Repair.
Remove any person cards that can be removed from the matter, then re-add the cards.

If your InfoTrack loads or merges information from a previous client:
